My name is Michael Wozniak. I am a programming / game development teacher at Thinnox.
The most exciting and flourishing area in technology right now in my opinion is Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning. Everything from the newest self-driving cars to the numerous Twitter bot experiments, all use artificial intelligence strategies called Deep Learning. Deep Learning is a growing branch in machine learning that uses methods of structure and hierarchy to most commonly mimic human thinking. Although these algorithms are getting powerful, many of them still fail to solve complex optimization problems that our brain has no problem solving.
That’s why some of the smartest minds in computer science are working towards building the most powerful digital neural networks. Believe it or not, YouTube’s search algorithms utilize Google’s deep learning network to provide you with catered search results. Self-driving cars use deep learning algorithms to teach cars how to avoid and when to perform certain actions. Whether you’re interested in engineering, robotics or programming, artificial intelligence provides career options in every field. Computer Scientists and Engineers are all diving into this fantastic area of study. Get a head start in your computer science career and start reading about the new and exciting discoveries in artificial intelligence!
